Job summary

Ingenyx, a new independent company after Teleflex divestiture, seeks a Process Engineer to support shop floor processes including development, validation, and transfer of manufacturing methods.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and operations to drive improvements, troubleshoot on the floor, and lead capital projects to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent technical and manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrates teamwork and customer focus; strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Able to communicate technical issues, risks, and project status clearly to operators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to shop floor processes (conductors, insulated wire, micro tubing, laser ablation, and other medical technologies).
• Support scale‑up and transfer of new manufacturing processes and products within the facility.
• Lead projects involving capital improvement, process improvement, and new product development.
• Provide troubleshooting support for operators and establish/modify procedures for consistent operations across shifts.
• Establish process parameters and controls; complete development builds and validation activities as required.
• Submit/lead capital projects with business case summaries and payback analysis.
• Assist in meeting KPI targets related to production yield, profit, and on‑time delivery.

• Ability to support technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams related to process capability, development activities, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Assist with process development and design to meet customer product requirements.
• Provide shop floor manufacturing engineering support to promote successful production throughput and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant technical and manufacturing experience.
