Health Here is seeking a registered nurse to provide expert care in an outpatient Infusion Therapy Center, focusing on IV medication administration and vascular access. The role includes patient education, care coordination, and support for clinical quality improvement.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year RN experience (infusion/vascular access preferred), strong communication and teamwork, and a current RN license with BLS.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience; infusion or vascular access preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Current RN license and BLS; additional state licensure may be required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate nursing care, including patient education and care transitions.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, IM injections, and perform therapeutic phlebotomy.
• Support professional practice, mentor colleagues, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Delegate tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and resource availability.
• Possibly drive personal vehicles as required.
