Job summary

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Peoria, AZ is seeking a part-time Infusion Specialist to deliver safe IV therapy on-site. Day shift, 15-25 hours per week, two Saturdays per month are mandatory.

You will prepare IV solutions, monitor clients, educate about treatments, document outcomes, and help with inventory and scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Arizona-licensed clinician with IV skills.

Role Description

The Infusion Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Peoria,

AZ, responsible for delivering safe and professional IV therapy and related wellness

treatments.

Responsibilities

• Additional duties include This role also involves providing a welcoming, calming experience for clients and consistently upholding Prime IV's standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Conduct client intake assessments, review medical histories, and collaborate with the team to recommend appropriate IV and wellness services aligned with individual goals.
• Educating clients on treatment benefits and risks
• Preparing IV solutions and micronutrient injections according to established protocols.
• Monitoring clients during infusions, ensuring client safety and comfort during treatments.
• Documenting all treatments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and compliant clinical environment.
• Adhering to infection control standards.
• Supporting overall spa operations such as inventory management and appointment flow.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure (e.g., RN, paramedic) in the state of Arizona and demonstrated competency in IV insertion and venipuncture.
• Experience administering IV therapies, injections, or infusions in a clinical, outpatient, or wellness setting, with strong knowledge of basic pharmacology and fluid therapy principles.
• Commitment to high-quality client care, including thorough assessment, monitoring for adverse reactions, and clear documentation in medical or wellness records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatments, answer client questions, and build trusting, professional relationships with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment while managing time effectively in a fast-paced, appointment-driven setting.
• Knowledge of or interest in wellness, nutrition, anti-aging therapies, and holistic health approaches; prior experience in a wellness, spa, or aesthetic clinic is a Comfort with basic technology, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale or electronic documentation tools used in modern clinic operations.
• Reliable and flexible. Willing to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Part-time: Day shift, 15-25hr a week

Salary: $28 per hour

Mandatory two Saturdays per month

Tips and bonuses available. Mobile IV's pay $100
