Job summary

SSM Health is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Infusion Center at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis. The role involves assessing and planning patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering IV therapy with a focus on vascular access.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license and BLS certification. The position requires day shift work in a hospital setting with opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program and license to practice as RN.
• Experience working in infusion or acute care settings is desirable but not required.
• Strong understanding of patient care planning and interprofessional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient care and addresses patient/family needs.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to establish patient treatment plans.
• Implements and updates the care plan, including vascular access and IV therapy.
• Uses EHR to access treatment plans and document care.
• Maintains safety and complies with department policies and guidelines.
