Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights, and collaborate with a care team to evaluate outcomes. The role emphasizes professional accountability and alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Qualified candidates are graduates of accredited RN programs with current Missouri licensing (compact acceptable) and BLS certification (or within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or equivalent certifications may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Operates in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
