Job summary

Articularis Healthcare Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Infusion RN to provide nursing care to patients in a rheumatology setting in the Summerville/West Ashley area.

The role involves performing clinical infusion services, monitoring patients, and documenting care under the supervision of the Team Lead and Practice Leader. The ideal candidate has an Associates or RN degree, an active RN license, 2 years in healthcare, and experience with NextGen EMR and CPT/ICD-10 coding.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent.
• RN license active in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility.
• 1 year experience working with payers including Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems (NextGen).
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, detect changes in symptoms, and determine when action is needed.
• Provide clinical infusion services and manage medications, monitor vital signs.
• Administer biologic medications and manage IV access (peripheral IV insertions/discontinuations).
• Document assessments, plans, and evaluations accurately in the patient record.
• Assist with drug inventory management and monitor refrigerator temperatures.
• Maintain equipment, safety checks, and HIPAA compliance.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager.
