Job summary

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients receiving infusion therapies in our outpatient Infusion Center. You will assess patients, administer IV medications, monitor responses, establish IV access, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required/favored.
• BLS certification required.
• Oncology, infusion, or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Active Washington RN license (or compact) with licensure updated for PSOR when relocating.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to treatment and monitor responses during infusion.
• Administer IV medications, fluids, blood products as ordered.
• Establish and maintain peripheral IV access; care for central lines/PICC/ports.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, meds, side effects, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to ensure safe care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
