Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infusion therapy across the Dallas–Fort Worth market, including Frisco, Plano, Denton, Flower Mound, Alliance, and Southlake. This full-time role is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays; days may shift with staffing needs.

You will administer infusions, perform patient assessments, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while upholding HIPAA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unrestricted).
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Ambulatory infusion/outpatient clinic experience a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and patient assessment ability.
• Proficient with EHR and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise on-site/in-site infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and side effects.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Support treatment planning and optimize clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support patient care.
