Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Registered Nurse for Infusion (Non-chemo) to join our infusion team. The RN will independently and collaboratively assess patients, provide education, and administer infusion therapies in partnership with managing clinicians.

The role emphasizes safe, patient-centered care with appropriate delegation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. On-site, casual/on-call schedule is typical, with shifts from early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in applicable state; BLS required.
• At least 1 year infusion therapy or ER/hospital experience in past 3 years.
• Experience with peripheral IV placement in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer infusion therapies.
• Educate patients and families about infusion procedures and care.
• Collaborate with managing clinicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize EHR for documentation and care coordination.
