Summary To deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families in accordance with established hospital guidelines, nursing professional practice model, nursing care standards and policies and in accordance with ANA code of ethics and external regulatory agencies. (see attached) Registered Nurses use the nursing process to effectively plan and manage quality patient care. Biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning needs are addressed in all steps of the nursing process. This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated. The Ideal Candidate

• Medical and Hematology oncology experience as a registered nurse
• Outpatient clinic experience as a registered nurse
• Administering IV fluids, IV antibiotics, Chemotherapy, Blood, Platelets Accessing ports and changing central line dressings
• Chemotherapy Certification

Salary Range $36.63 - $54.93 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
