Qualifications

• Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
• Experience: 1 year acute RN experience required. SPIRE clinical advancement program encouraged for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care guided by ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Coordinate care with the patient, family, and health care team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Uphold CT Nurse Practice Act and YNHHS Professional Practice Model in daily practice.
