Job summary

Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services in Tukwila, WA seeks an RN Clinician to provide direct nursing services and infusion therapy case management for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living sites. Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association).
• Active RN licensure in WA required at hire; additional state licenses if applicable.
• Home infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy in home, clinic, or alternate living sites.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, other health care providers, and payers to coordinate care.
• Model professional nursing practice and act as a resource for home care nursing staff.
