Job summary

Druid City Infusion, part of the Vital Care Infusion Services network, seeks a Staff Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM to provide home and clinic-based infusion therapies. The RN will educate patients, coordinate with pharmacists and referrers, and support PICC line procedures where qualified.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, scheduling, and documentation in EHR, with travel to patient homes and clinics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associates or bachelor).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Clinical experience in infusion/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to provide home administration of IV medications and therapies.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Participate in quality improvement for patient safety.
• Provide support in emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
