Job summary

Atulo Health is seeking a per diem Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients at home or in infusion suites. Flexible scheduling is based on patient referrals and area coverage.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessment, treatment monitoring, documentation, and education, with strong focus on coordinating with the patient’s care team. Prior experience with adult and pediatric infusion therapies preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites
• Administer medications and monitor treatment; assess patients and document care
• Educate patients and coordinate with the care team and pharmacies
