Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a full-time contract role in Palm Harbor, FL. You will deliver specialized infusion therapy in outpatient settings, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position requires 4–5 workdays per week with a minimum of two Saturdays per month. You will administer infusions, monitor responses, educate patients, and maintain compliance with EHR documentation, HIPAA, and

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus
• Strong IV/infusion skills with biologics and medication management
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA/compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and, where applicable, virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist in chart preparation, treatment planning, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the market.
