Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinician to provide medically prescribed infusion therapy in Savannah, GA. The role supports ambulatory and home-based infusion services, with schedule PRN and potential travel to other clinics.

The position requires an RN license, infusion experience, and strong teamwork in a patient‑centered care model. Competitive benefits accompany a pay rate of approximately $40/hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical specialty involving infusion therapy.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive relationships with Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team in an ambulatory infusion clinic setting.
• Effectively utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and compassionate manner.
• Provide disease and drug-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Comply with HIPAA and ACHC regulations.
• Participates in on-call rotation as assigned for AIC nurses.
• Travel to outlying clinics as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of medical/nursing practices by participating in educational in-services.
• Accurately perform nursing duties including central lines, lab specimens, vital signs, IV meds, documentation, ADR reporting, and administrative tasks.
