Job summary

GI Alliance in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking an experienced RN Infusion PT to provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications (IV/PO/SC/IM), assess patients, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians.

You will document data, monitor treatment response, educate patients and families, and maintain meticulous records. Active RN license, CPR, and infusion experience are required; CRNI preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years professional nursing experience; at least 1 year infusion experience.
• BSN preferred; CPR certificate required; CRNI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient consent and maintain confidentiality; document health history and vitals.
• Administer medications via PO, IV, SC, IM; monitor and document response to treatment.
• Coordinate care with physicians and staff; educate patients and families on health status and management of conditions.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical record systems; maintain patient records and inventory of medications.
• Respond to treatment-related calls; ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Administer all medications as prescribed; coordinate and execute treatment plans.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and collaborate with Research department as needed.
