UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide one-on-one clinical care in patients' homes or ambulatory infusion suites. You will work with autonomy on a full-time 35-hour schedule, with travel across Roseville, MN and the Twin Cities metro.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Qualified candidates hold an MN RN license with 1+ year infusion/IV experience and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and related sites using a vehicle.
• Provide safe and compliant infusion services per policy.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy.
• Obtain and maintain accurate patient histories and documentation.
• Deliver skilled nursing care across varied ages and conditions.

About This Role

As a Home Infusion Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one, skilled clinical care to patients in their homes or in an ambulatory infusion suite. This role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and caregivers while delivering life-changing therapies.

Highlights

• Pay: $29 - $52/hour
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours per week
• Travel: Travel in Roseville, MN and Twin Cities metro areas

What You'll Do

• Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle
• Provide safe and compliant infusion services in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies
• Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy
• Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories and documentation
• Deliver skilled nursing care across a range of patient ages and conditions
• Establish, access, and maintain vascular devices
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Communicate patient status and therapy response promptly with care team members
• Assist in staff orientation and training as a clinical educator

Requirements

Education

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota

Experience

• One or more years of RN experience in a clinical setting supporting infusion or IV therapy

Licenses & Certifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
