Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Pharmacy Tech Specialist for the Home Infusion department. Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will assist with preparing and distributing medications and maintaining patient records, performing sterile IV compounding for home infusion patients, and supporting delivery scheduling.

• Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Michigan is required.
• Minimum six months specialized training beyond high school.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sterile compounding; home infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares IV admixtures for home infusion patients.
• Interprets and follows complicated compounding formulas.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment used in clean room and related policies.
• Ensures correct NDC products are used for compounding and accurate charge capture.
• Maintains patient records and delivery tickets for compliance.
• Handles drug ordering and inventory functions as needed.
