Job summary

Qualifications

• IV Experience required.
• Current Pharmacist license active and in good standing in the State of practice required.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain required IV documentation and clinical monitoring.
• Monitor TPN patients and adjust formulas as needed.
• Perform accurate dose calculations and program infusion pumps.
• Communicate with facility consultant pharmacists regarding IV patient management.
