Job summary

Infusion Services of Tacoma is seeking an Infusion Pharmacist to oversee the safe preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of infusion therapies. You will verify orders, perform dosing assessments, and prepare sterile admixtures in accordance with USP and state standards.

You will collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and care teams to develop therapy plans, provide counseling, and support transitions of care across home and infusion sites, while maintaining documentation and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Infusion therapy management, sterile compounding, dose calculation, and monitoring.
• Patient care and communication skills, including counseling and education.
• Org/tech skills: documentation, inventory control, and using EHR/pharmacy systems.
• Quality and safety focus with adherence to regulatory standards.
• PharmD or equivalent; active Washington pharmacist license.
• Experience in infusion pharmacy, hospital, or home infusion preferred.
• Knowledge of autoimmune/immunology and interpreting clinical labs.
• On-site work near Kent, WA delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
