Qualifications

• Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily clinical operations of the ambulatory infusion center.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing and clinical staff.

• Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, workflow, and day-to-day staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and promote adherence to infection prevention, medication safety, and patient safety practices.
• Support staff onboarding, orientation, education, competency assessments, and ongoing development.
• Assist with performance management and coaching of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, administration, and other health care team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Help identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, patient experience, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and clinical records.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and address patient and family concerns.
• Support implementation of organizational policies and initiatives under the Regional Director of Nursing.

Suite Life Medical is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically focused Nurse Supervisor to join our ambulatory infusion center team in Fall River, Massachusetts.

The Nurse Supervisor will play an integral role in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting our nursing team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive experience for both patients and staff. This position will work closely with and under the supervision of our Regional Director of Nursing. This will be a full time (40hr/week), benefit eligible position.

We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing hands-on patient care with staff leadership and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Infusion nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous nursing management or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience with ambulatory, outpatient, oncology, specialty infusion, or similar clinical settings is highly desirable.
