Job summary

United Digestive seeks an experienced infusion nurse to provide infusion care for adult and pediatric patients across multiple sites. You will administer biologics and other medications, monitor patient flow, and contribute to overall center operations.

The role requires an active RN license, BCLS, and 1–3 years infusion experience. Excellent IV skills and EMR proficiency are essential, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of Georgia.
• BCLS certification current; ACLS recommended but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; HS diploma or GED acceptable.
• 1–3 years infusion experience preferred.
• Excellent IV administration skills.
• Computer usage and EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient flow and organize infusion service schedules.
• Administer infusions/injections as prescribed.
• Document patient encounters per policy and coding/billing requirements.
• Ensure center operations comply with guidelines and regulations.
• Provide patient education on prescribed medications.
• Coordinate with providers for patient care concerns.
• Travel between multiple infusion sites as needed.
• Support quality initiatives and participate in staff meetings.
