Job summary

Nebraska Medicine in Bellevue, NE is seeking an Infusion Staff Nurse to join the Bellevue Infusion Center team. This casual, PRN role includes 8-hour shifts with potential 12-hour shifts, and requires direct patient care, IV therapies, and coordination with the care team.

Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and ensuring safe, compassionate care. A Nebraska RN license (or compact state) and BLS are required; PALS/ACLS within specified timelines depending on department.

Qualifications

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; RN license in Nebraska or compact state.
• BLS certification from an AHA-endorsed program.
• PALS certification required; ACLS within 6 months (department dependent).
• TNCC or ATCN within one year (department dependent) or hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a patient group.
• Administer IV therapies and medications; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families; document care and coordinate with team.
• Support environment of care across varying unit needs (long term to procedural).
