Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Florida.
• IV experience is mandatory.
• Credentialed with insurance payors is required.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
• Subject to license verification, criminal background check and drug screening.
• Infusion therapy experience and scope of practice in a retail infusion setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements nursing plans of treatments; evaluates progress and therapeutic goals.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit; re-evaluates through reassessment and plan revisions.
• Provides patient and family education on treatment regimens, disease management, and potential side effects.
• Maintains real-time clinical documentation during visits and ensures timely billing support.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, policies, and accreditation standards; communicates effectively with the care team.
• Mentors paraprofessional staff and coordinates across the multidisciplinary team.
