Qualifications

• Active RN license with unrestricted practice in Indiana.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinics is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with patient safety focus.
• Proficiency with EHR and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Assist with treatment planning and chart preparation to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Support inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and organizational goals.
