Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking an Infusion Nurse Educator to lead the initial clinical orientation and ongoing competency testing for RN Clinicians in the Providence Home Infusion program. This role collaborates with contracted home health agencies and long-term care facilities to advance infusion skills programs.

The position focuses on compassionate care for patients with infections, cancer treatments, nutrition needs, or chronic conditions, supporting comfort and quality of life

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Within 30 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• 2 years of RN home infusion experience.
• 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• The Infusion Nurse Educator is responsible for the initial clinical orientation and ongoing competency testing of the RN Clinicians.
• This position works closely with Providence Home Infusion‘s contracted home health agencies and long term care facilities to assist with infusion skills programs.
