Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic in Conway seeks an experienced Clinic RN for our Infusion clinic.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care following established protocols, collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure exceptional care and education. You will provide direct patient care daily, including administering medications and infusion therapies, monitoring conditions, and coordinating with the clinical team to assess needs,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse AR upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and chart patient conditions, noting changes and responding to adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV fluids, recording details accurately.
• Measure and document vital signs such as height, weight, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Collect patient samples, including blood, for testing as needed.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and available community resources.
• Assist in coordinating smooth transitions of care across settings.
• Incorporate quality indicators and patient-specific variables into care plans.
• Discharge patients following completion of therapies.
