Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University seeks an experienced registered nurse for the CHO Adult Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Clinic. The role provides care in infusion rooms serving hematology, medical oncology, and related patients, across seven days a week, with rotation through related assignments.

Requirements include an Oregon RN license, 2+ years nursing experience, BLS, and oncology-provider qualifications. BSN/ADN options accepted with program completion timelines.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of nursing experience.
Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License.
BLS certification (AHA) required, during orientation.
Oncology provider qualification preferred (e.g., OCN, BMTCN).
Completion of cancer-related continuing education hours per Commission on Cancer requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide care in ambulatory oncology infusion units for Oncology and non-Oncology patients.
Open 7 days a week including holidays and weekends.
Rotate between infusion sites and related assignments as trained.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support infusion referrals, triage, and charge nurse activities.
