Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to support the Valkyrie Clinical Trials Murietta site. The role is onsite, Mon-Fri, day shift, 40 hours weekly, with compensation of $42.00 - $57.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include performing IV infusions, blood draws, documentation, and collaboration with staff, while maintaining patient safety and protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• ONCC certification strongly preferred.
• GCP certification preferred.
• BSN/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years oncology infusion nursing experience.
• Clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in IV infusion, vascular access, port care, injections, and phlebotomy.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Perform IV infusions and injections per protocol.
• Obtain blood and other samples per procedures.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation per guidelines.
• Monitor for infusion reactions and report adverse events.
• Maintain confidentiality of study data.
• Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, pharmacy, and staff.
• Participate in trainings and maintain clinical procedures knowledge.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients, vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to supportour Valkyrie Clinical Trials Murietta, CA site.

LOCATION: Onsite, Murietta, CA
FLSA: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
COMPENSATION: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• AdheretoGoodClinicalPractice(GCP)andallapplicableregulatoryrequirements.

• PerformIVinfusionand IM/SQ injectionsofblindedandunblindedinvestigationalproductsaccordingtostudyprotocols,

• Obtainbloodspecimensandotherbiologicalsamplesfromstudyparticipants/patientsfollowingproper clinical procedures.

• EnsureaccurateandtimelysourcedocumentationincompliancewithGCPandsponsorguidelines.

• Monitorparticipants/patientsforinfusion reactions andadverseeventsandreportand documentfindingsperprotocol,regulatoryrequirements, and site SOPs.

• Maintainconfidentialityandintegrityofstudydataandallparticipant/patientinformation.

• Collaboratewithinvestigators,studycoordinators,pharmacy,andotherclinicalstafftoensureprotocolcompliance.

• Participateintrainingsessionsandmaintaincurrentknowledgeofclinicaltrialproceduresand safety standards.

• RepresentFlourishResearchinaprofessionalandcourteousmanner(verbal,writtenandin appearance)wheninteractingwithallstaff,clients,andvendors.

• Additionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
