GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Infusion Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients and their support team in an infusion setting.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must possess a wide range of clinical nursing skills. Must be able to provide appropriate clinical treatment as directed by physician for specific diagnosis.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Four-year degree in the practice and study of nursing. 2-5 years of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting.
OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS:
Provide impeccable documentation by accurately documenting the ongoing treatment history of the patient. This may be in written and/or via computer and/or computer laptop. Must be comfortable with use of computer for charting such information. Excellent keyboarding skills is required.
