Role Description:

The Infusion Nurse provides safe, high-quality intravenous therapies and direct patient care in an on-site clinical setting in Magnolia, TX. This part-time role includes assessing clients prior to infusions, reviewing medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring appropriate treatment plans are followed. The Infusion Nurse will insert and manage IV lines, administer prescribed infusions, observe clients during and after treatment, and respond promptly to any adverse reactions or concerns. Daily responsibilities also involve educating clients on infusion procedures and wellness goals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and a commitment to preventive, wellness-oriented care.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Nursing skills, including IV insertion, patient assessment, and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine principles relevant to infusion therapy and patient safety.
• Experience with Home Infusion or infusion center practices, including preparation and administration of IV therapies.
• Proven Direct Patient Care experience, with strong communication, empathy, and client education abilities.
• Active RN license in the state of Texas; BSN or equivalent nursing education preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, adherence to infection control standards, and ability to follow clinical protocols.
• Ability to work on-site part-time in Magnolia, TX, including possible weekend shifts as needed.
• Experience in wellness, preventive care, or outpatient clinical settings is beneficial.
