Job summary

IVX Health in North Raleigh seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion care in an outpatient setting. You will supervise infusions, assess patients, and educate families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes precision, compassion, and regulatory compliance to improve patient outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an NP certification, state licensure, and strong IV skills, with outpatient infusion or oncology exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license and RN license where required.
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC is required.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.
• Ability to care for adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments; document SOAP notes and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records, ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Optimize workflows; assist with chart prep and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations with inventory, authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work across multiple facilities within the market.
