Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee Ambulatory Infusion Center nursing staff in Rock Hill, SC. You will ensure infusion services are safe, compliant, and aligned with accreditation standards, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.

The role requires RN licensure, infusion and leadership experience, and teamwork to maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• 1 year infusion experience.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment under pressure calmly.
• Team player with Palmetto Infusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all direct patient care and operational oversight at the assigned location to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for designated employees and guide future performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to personnel and HR matters for direct reports.
• Collaborate with nurse educator on orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Communicate effectively so all staff are informed of current and future Palmetto Infusion information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of organization policies related to work standards and patient management.
