Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license in good standing.
• BLS Certification required.

• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• 10 years of Nursing experience preferred.
• ONS/ONCC Certification required.
• 2 years of outpatient chemotherapy administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities
