Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is seeking an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider for our Infusion Center. This is a Per Diem role based in Boston, MA, with on-site work at 1153 Centre Street.

The Infusion Center APP serves as a first responder for infusion services and collaborates with longitudinal teams to ensure access and efficiency. The APP will assess and manage patients with medical and surgical conditions, perform examinations, order tests, write

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Master’s Degree in Nursing or Massachusetts Master’s Degree Physician Assistant.
• Massachusetts Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Massachusetts Physician Assistant license.
• 2 years of licensed APP experience; 5+ years in acute care preferred.
• Experience as a responding clinician in an acute care setting preferred.
• Experience in infusion or oncology-focused infusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, counseling, and education in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
• Perform histories and physical examinations and order/interpret tests.
• Develop care plans and follow-up based on findings.
• Order medications and write prescriptions per policies.
• Document thoroughly in patient records and discharge summaries.
• Oversee care for patients with complex diagnoses as a first responder.
