Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a per diem, Grand Haven, MI role. You will oversee infusion care, develop initial care plans for referred patients, and serve as the clinical liaison between referring physicians and our infusion center.

The position emphasizes compliance with regulatory guidelines and patient-centered care. The role features a Friday shift, 2 days per week (8:30am–5:00pm) in Grand Haven, with hourly compensation ranging $59–$64.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Practitioner license in MI.
• Onc Certification preferred.
• Current DEA license required.
• Rheumatology/infusion experience preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusion care provided by nurses in ambulatory infusion center.
• Create and maintain individualized care plans for referred patients.
• Liaise between referring physician offices and infusion center.
• Document infusion orders and notes in EMR.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, policies, and guidelines.
