Qualifications

• Current junior in college pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership, curiosity, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Learn how enterprise technology solutions are deployed, operated, and supported across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Work with infrastructure and IT engineering teams supporting platforms, systems, applications, and end‑user technology.
• Gain exposure to Linux, Windows, containers, Azure, PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune.
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment issues, document findings, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with security patching and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and business teams.
