Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Infrastructure/Systems Administrator to support multiple sites nationwide via remote operations. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of network communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Security Plus Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, and deploy desktop hardware (physical and virtual); troubleshoot hardware issues; manage OS, BIOS, disk, and data encryption.
  • Install and troubleshoot end-user apps and certificates.
  • Repair and restore data, decrypt files, migrate data; manage permissions.
  • Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
  • Patch network ports, trace lines, install switches.
  • Configure/maintain UPS devices; coordinate vendor visits and downtime.
  • Install/configure VOIP phones and voicemail; troubleshoot issues.
  • Configure print/scan/fax on multifunction devices; coordinate replacements.
  • Plan for user moves (connectivity, computers, phones).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local security/badging systems.
  • Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.
  • Assist other IT teams as needed.
  • Support both unclassified and classified systems.

The Opportunity

This role will support multiple sites across the country via remote support. Travel may occasionally be requested.

Responsibilities
  • Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops; troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, monitors, and docking stations; manage OS, BIOS, disk and data encryption.
  • Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.
  • Repair and restore data files, decrypt inaccessible files, migrate data for projects, apply and troubleshoot permissions.
  • Properly document actions in trouble tickets and meet all SLAs.
  • Patch network ports, trace lines, install network switches.
  • Configure and maintain UPS devices and batteries, troubleshoot failure, coordinate vendor visits, plan and coordinate downtime with customers.
  • Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail, troubleshoot phone issues.
  • Configure print, scan, and fax features on multifunction devices, coordinate multi-step replacements with vendor, troubleshoot communication issues.
  • Plan for user moves, including connectivity, computers, and phones.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local security/badging systems.
  • Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.
  • Assist other IT teams as needed.
  • Support unclassified and classified systems.
Qualifications
  • Must have minimum TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Must be proficient with Windows desktop operating systems, as well as Dell hardware.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must have a solid understanding of network communications.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must already possess Security Plus Certification

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$75,200-$158,100
