Job summary

The successful candidate will hold MRICS or AssocRICS, excel at building relationships, negotiating with landowners, and delivering high-quality land consultancy services while mentoring graduates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advising on and managing infrastructure projects from local to national scale.
• Providing land consultancy advice for maintenance or installation work.
• Advising clients on landowner interactions with professional support.
• Involvement in land referencing, statutory notices, and negotiations.
• Liaising with landowners and handling public inquiries.
• Supporting wider projects across the business.
• Reporting progress to clients on projects.
• Mentoring graduates in the team.
