Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join a leading shipbuilding organization. This role will architect and deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions that support large-scale technology initiatives across the business, with emphasis on cloud and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or similar architecture role.
• Strong enterprise infrastructure architecture experience.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Experience designing and leading enterprise system integrations and implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience working with ERP systems and related integrations.
• Network architecture or engineering background.
• Experience within warehousing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting large enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise infrastructure solutions for new projects, system implementations, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Develop technical designs and integration strategies for on-premise and cloud-based platforms.
• Lead vendor discussions, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and product comparisons.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support ERP-related initiatives and integrations across enterprise systems.

This individual will be responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions that support large-scale technology initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and infrastructure architecture, experience leading system integrations and implementations, and the ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business objectives.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and application teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions supporting ERP platforms, enterprise applications, and digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise infrastructure solutions for new projects, system implementations, and technology modernization initiatives

Develop technical designs and integration strategies for on-premise and cloud-based platforms

Lead vendor discussions, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and product comparisons

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or similar architecture role

Strong enterprise infrastructure architecture experience

Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred)

Experience designing and leading enterprise system integrations and implementations

Experience architecting solutions for large-scale projects and technology initiatives

Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform

Experience working with ERP systems and related integrations

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and third-party vendors Azure implementation experience

Oracle platform experience

Network architecture or engineering background
