Prudential seeks a Director, Infrastructure Security Engineer (Finance) to drive security controls across a global infrastructure. You will partner with Product Owners and Technology Leads to mature, scale, and sustain security capabilities while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

This role operates in an agile environment, delivering security features in sprints, maintaining runbooks, and providing Tier-4 support during business hours with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an IT engineering role.
• Experience with on-prem perimeter security controls and cloud perimeter security.
• Experience with SDLC and security integration into infrastructure.
• Ability to create engineering specifications, runbooks, and playbooks.
• Familiarity with agile development and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, implementation, and support of perimeter security controls.
• Coordinate deployment with business units to minimize service disruption while maintaining security outcomes.
• Operate against an agile framework with sprints and defined objectives.
• Provide updates via JIRA and daily scrums.
• Serve as tier 4 support during standard hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Help drive operational excellence by enhancing capabilities and ecosystems.
