Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning a large-scale security/compliance program end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers; manage team health and performance.
• Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, and risk governance.
• Lead SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, and environmental controls compliance.
• Prioritize portfolio against risk, growth, deadlines, and capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align security/compliance requirements.
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI to scale security coverage.
