The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT project coordination, a solid understanding of networks, servers, and hardware lifecycles, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT project coordination or PM experience, preferably infrastructure or hardware related.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field; PM certification is a plus.
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and PM tools like MS Project or DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning infrastructure asset refresh projects ensuring on-schedule delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and task lists; track progress with vendors.
• Confirm requirements, inventory needs, and asset availability with technical teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Provide routine status updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communications.
• Coordinate logistics for refresh activities including vendor scheduling and equipment delivery.
• Support project closeout with documentation updates and handoffs.
