B&B Concrete Contractors is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead heavy civil, DOT, roadway, or infrastructure projects in the Arlington, TX area. You’ll partner with field teams to ensure safety, schedule, and cost controls to deliver successful projects.

This role requires strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving to keep projects moving and deliver high-quality outcomes for owners and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
