Job summary

Integrity, LLC, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Technology Program & Delivery Partner to own delivery across cloud, networking, VOIP, and security domains. You’ll connect infrastructure platform teams with enterprise stakeholders, balancing scope, schedule, risk, and cost to deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role you will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive operational readiness.

Qualifications

Proven experience driving program delivery across multiple infrastructure domains and IT systems.
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
Experience operating within security, compliance, and operational governance models.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level delivery and risk communication.

Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of infrastructure initiatives (cloud, networking, VOIP, security).
Manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, risk, cost, and operational impact.
Ensure realistic delivery commitments based on capacity and platform readiness.
Intervene to diagnose root causes and drive corrective actions when initiatives stall.
Foster cross-functional alignment and trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
