Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber landscape team in Chipley, FL is seeking a hands-on Landscape Technician to maintain client grounds and assist with irrigation and minor equipment tasks. You will perform trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, weed control, and seasonal upkeep while ensuring safety and compliance on outdoor job sites.

The role requires the ability to read plans, communicate clearly, and solve problems in variable weather conditions, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Basic landscape maintenance such as line trimming, edging of ornamental landscape beds.
• Herbicide bag pack spot spraying and weed pulling when required.
• Mulching of ornamental landscape beds and palm/tree rings; litter control on landscapes and hardscapes.
• Hedge trimming of ornamental plants; spot fertilization of landscape beds.
• Basic small gas tool maintenance and replacement of air filters or blades.
• Recognize and report damaged irrigation heads or dry spots and report issues.
