Responsibilities

• Execute transactions: due diligence, document prep, negotiation and liaising with client teams.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan product and sector teams.
• Build and use complex financial models, perform valuation and analyses.
• Draft presentations, management materials, memos for M&A and capital markets.
• Stay informed on market developments and target client dynamics.
