Job summary

InfraRed Capital Partners (US) LLC seeks an Analyst to support the origination and execution of infrastructure and energy investments in the Americas, with flexibility to engage elsewhere. You will perform financial modelling and analysis, assist in due diligence and structuring with advisors, and help prepare presentations for the investment committee.

You will also provide analytical support on market and competitor reviews, probe portfolio assets for savings and value enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related quantitative field with 1 year of experience.
• Experience in infrastructure or energy project finance.
• Preparing numerical analysis, written reports, and legal documentation.
• Financial modelling.
• Managing several simultaneous initiatives and delivering work to agreed deadlines.
• Synthesizing complex matters clearly and concisely.
• Analyzing drivers for value enhancement in assets and new transactions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of infrastructure and energy investment opportunities with focus on the Americas.
• Financial modelling and analysis.
• Assist in due diligence and structuring workstreams with advisors and support in ESG, tax, insurance and other areas.
• Prepare presentations of investment opportunities for the investment committee.
• Provide analytical and research support on competitor analysis and market reviews.
• Examine the investment portfolio to identify savings and value enhancements such as refinancing.
• Support portfolio management and asset management, including valuations of assets in portfolios.
• Update fund forecast models for future projections, debt facilities and equity capital raisings.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, capital formation, and asset management teams.
