BairesDev is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem) to design and manage Linux and Windows server environments, develop automation, and implement robust monitoring. You will ensure high availability and performance while integrating on-prem resources with cloud services.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant fields, scripting skills, Prometheus/ELK experience, and strong English. This is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus and ELK.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
